Decade of Excellence in the Middle East |

Structural Systems celebrated its 10 year anniversary in the Gulf Region with presentations from management from the Australian, Middle East and UK offices to near 150 existing and prospective Clients, including Main Contractors, Consultants and Developers.
These presentations were held in prestigious hotels in Qatar, Abu-Dhabi, Bahrain and Dubai between the 25th and 29th May 2008 with the Dubai function staged in the iconic Emirates Tower, the birthplace of Structural Systems' Middle East endeavours.
The purpose of the presentations was to illustrate Structural Systems' exceptional track record extending throughout the Decade of Excellence in the Middle East, and to send a clear message to the Middle East construction market that Structural Systems are now positioned to offer a diverse range of specialist design and construct services throughout the region.
The presentations touched on our commitment to quality, innovation, and occupational health and safety, and a sustainable environment, and covered topics such as

Post-Tensioning, Remedial Engineering Services, the BBR Global Network or Experts and Macalloy Bar and Cable Systems.
The presentations were used to launch the recently completed Decade of Excellence Brochure and were strategically timed to act as a vehicle to introduce Sean Doherty, Jim Karabatsos and Rob Sutherland to their respective posts of Manager - Qatar and Bahrain, Manager - Abu Dhabi, and Remedial

Business Development Manager.
Initial feedback from the functions, which included coffee and lunch breaks to offer networking opportunities has been quite positive - with numerous tender enquiries and requests for follow-up presentations to key Clients resulting to date.
